Use of energy assessment for the design of the building with almost zero energy consumption
Horák, Jakub ; Počinková, Marcela (referee) ; Horák, Petr (advisor)
The diploma thesis deals with the design of nearly zero energy buildings. It focuses primarily on optimizing the thermal insulation thickness at a cost-optimal level. Based on energy consumption analysis, three heat sources are selected and then evaluated using an energy assessment. The building is evaluated in terms of energy, economic and environmental.
Energy Assessment and PENB when Replacing Heat Source in a Family House
Minář, David ; Počinková, Marcela (referee) ; Horák, Petr (advisor)
The diploma thesis deals with energy assessment and proof of energy performance of the building when replacing the heat source in a family house. The theoretical part deals with thermography and thermocamera in energy practice. The experimental part of the thesis was focused on the thermographic survey of the object and the evaluation of the outputs. The computational part focuses on the energy analysis of the assessed energy economy.
Energy Assessment of Cogeneration and a Gas Boiler room
Kandl, Petr ; Počinková, Marcela (referee) ; Horák, Petr (advisor)
The thesis contains a gas boiler room energy assessment in Lišov. In the mentioned boiler room, there are instaled gas condensing boilers and cogeneration units Theoretical part of the thesis lists a summary of generally used cogeneration equipment and ordinarily used gases. Calculation part includes four variants of the boiler room reconstruction. Energy assessment compares the chosen variant from the calculation part with the original condition of the boiler room.
Energy Assessment
Březina, Jan ; Maurerová, Lenka (referee) ; Horák, Petr (advisor)
The first part of the final thesis is focused on the use of thermovision for diagnosing defects and failures in building industry. Documented history, physical principles and conditions for the measuring of thermographic camera are described in this part. Thermal images of the object described below were used for demonstrating the defects. The second part is dedicated to the elaborated energy assessment for a nine-storey slab block building. In total, there are five energy economic measures developed for the building. Three of those are of structural character and two of those are for building equipment. There are two variants designed based on the measures, one of which is recommended and evalu-ated. The final section is focused on the measurement of slab block building indoor environment (CO2, air temperature, relative humidity, dew point) and its assessment in concern with the current legislation.
Experimental Methods in energy assessment
Palík, Lukáš ; Počinková, Marcela (referee) ; Horák, Petr (advisor)
The final thesis is focused od the experimental metods in energy rating of building. In the first part is described history of energy rating from the eigtheens to the present and described is the current trend of energy rating in terms of energy performance certificates. In the second part is elaborated energy assessment for apartment building from bricks with six residential units. For the building is drawn a total of 6 measures, of which there are 3 structural and 3 for building equipment. The measures are assembled to variants and the resulting variant is recommended, including recommendation. In the last experimental part is described the influence of shading elements on the thermal load of the room and modeled the effect of insulating double glazing and triple the overall energy performance reference room.
Energy-conscious renovation of family house
Bohutínský, Zdeněk ; Vendlová, Lucie (referee) ; Horák, Petr (advisor)
The aim of the thesis is a design of the best energy measures for a family house. At first there is carried out an energy assessment of the building. According to results of that survey there are drawn up some variants of measures. Furthermore, based on energy assessment results there is elaborated a project for reconstruction of the heating.
Energy optimization of multifunctional building
Rulíšková, Pavla ; Vendlová, Lucie (referee) ; Horák, Petr (advisor)
Contain of master´s thesis is a energy assessment of multifunctional building in Komňátka. The theoretical part deals with the analysis of legislativ documents, current technical solution and practical application to the specified building. In the practical part thesis focus on experimental determination of the heat transfer coefficient using thermography.
The energy demand of buildings with almost zero energy consumption
Horáčková, Leona ; Vyhlídalová, Karolína (referee) ; Horák, Petr (advisor)
The master thesis is focused on rating of buildings with almost zero energy consumption. Theoretical part summarizes general requirements on buildings with almost zero energy consumption. It also discusses other categories of buildings on terms of energy demand and influences and factors affecting the energy performance of buildings. The calculating part comparing three different construction systems of designed family house by means of energy demand with energy assessment and energy performance certificate of buildings.
Energy assessment of the education building
Fikejsl, Tomáš ; Hirš, Jiří (referee) ; Maurerová, Lenka (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with the evaluation of the energy performance of elementary school in the village Líbeznice. The theoretical part addresses the current legislative code for the energy performance of buildings and the description of the energy required written work with graphical outputs that are used in practical situations. Computational and practical part contains an evaluation of the energy performance certificate in the form of building energy performance. In connection with the proposed austerity measures and then selected the best option. Economic and ecological standpoint evaluates energy assessment.
Kindergarten
Frieb, Vilém ; Struhala, Karel (referee) ; Jelínek, Petr (advisor)
The aim of this master project is to design a nearly zero-energy building of kindergarten. The kindergarten is designed as one storey building with capacity of 40 children split into two playrooms. Playrooms are separated and each of them has own sanitary facilities and locker room. Playrooms have large windows with external blinds on the south to provide solar gains. There is horizontal sun breaker above the windows which prevent overheating in summer. Load bearing walls are made of sand lime blocks. Walls are insulated with mineral wool board. Roof ceiling is made of prestressed concrete slabs. The building has a flat extensive green roof. The second task of the project includes design of lighting, rainwater harvesting, HVAC, source of heat and photovoltaic system. The third part is theoretical and includes searching for an ideal source of energy for the building. There are two types of heating compared such as gas boiler and a groundwater heating pump. The main software used for the project is Revit.
